How we work

At Stanton Fitness we know that not everyone enjoys going to the gym. Some find it intimidating, some feel they need to be 'fit' to go to the gym, others feel put off by all the equipment and heavy weights. We have worked hard to find a solution to all of the above and have developed training to suit you.

All of our packages are built with you in mind. Our training plans range from workout you do in your own time at home right through to regular one to one sessions with our trainers using the versatile mobile equipment to give you a complete workout personalised to your own fitness goals.

Packages

Online Training, Personalised

Our online training plans are personalised to you. You tell us what you want to achieve, how long you want your workouts to be and how often you plan to train and we do the rest.

Our trainers will send over the personalised plans to you and we offer dedicated email and phone support. Our plans are designed to fit around you, as your progress the plans will change. We also offer accountability check ins with this package which allows you to monitor your progress, when you hit your mini targets we will offer rewards such as gift cards for major brands, free training sessions and more.

Small Group Training

Workout with your friends with out small group training. We take groups of up to six and will use fun exercises and games to make this an great way to spend time with your friends and reap the benefits of fitness at the same time!

Groups start from £30 which can be as little £5 each for a full one hour session. Group sessions are great if you are working up to an event such as a wedding or holiday as you can all build up to it together.
